Henry Choo
Henry is the Director of Investments at Sanston Securities Australia Pty Ltd. He as more than 15 years experience in private and public equity markets in Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe.
Henry specialises in advising sophisticated investors, corporate clients and governments on strategy, acquisitions, mergers and capital raisings. He was formerly the COO and head of investments of a corporate venture capital fund for Malaysia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, Khazanah Nasional Bhd.
He was the Special Advisor to the President and Cabinet of the Republic of Nauru, where he is authorised to initiate, represent and negotiate business opportunities for the Government of Nauru. During his career he has been involved in many initial public offerings, trade sales and capital raisings for public and private companies. He has been involved in raising more than $1b in equity and debt for various investees and clients. He is also currently on the board of many public and private companies.
Henry graduated in Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from La Trobe University in Melbourne.

Frank Stranges
Frank has over 25 years experience in the global software technology industry. After starting his career at Telstra he launched his first company (ITS) in 1988. Ten years later he then founded 80-20 Software a global provider of document management, governance, risk management and compliance software,which was sold to SAI Global in 2008.
He is currently on the advisory board of Persuit, provides strategic advisory services and mentors selected organisations, and is actively involved in two new startups in the digital media and e-commerce area.
Frank has established himself as a respected professional in both the local and overseas technology community. He has experience in the areas of corporate strategy, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and international sales and marketing both via direct and channel sales methods. He has an extensive knowledge of the technology sector in the USA having spent many years working there.His passion is in building and assisting new and emerging technology companies to reach global heights and pursuing innovative opportunities across industries.

Kit Foo Chye
Kit is the Head of Corporate at Sanston Securities Australia Pty Ltd. He is an accountant by profession with more than 15 years experience in the management and administration of publicly listed companies in Malaysia and Australia.
Kit was a director of the following companies that are listed on the ASX: Rocklands Richfield Limited, Voltage IP Limited, Hudson Resources Limited and Synergy Metals Ltd. He specialises in advising both public and private companies on acquisitions, mergers, capital raisings and balance sheet restructuring. He has managed a significant number of initial public offerings and secondary market capital raising for public and private companies.
His expertise lies in the restructuring and financing of entities, including the preparation of prospectuses and other requirements for listings on the Bursa Malaysia (formerly called the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, KLSE) as well as on the ASX. During his career, he has successfully raised funds of more than $500 million in value of securities.

Frank is an accountant by qualification and has held CFO and company secretarial positions with ASX listed companies and private companies in diverse industries specialising in corporate governance and control, and advising and assisting boards in stakeholder compliance and regulatory requirements.
He was formerly the CEO of a Telecommunications and Software company listed on the ASX and has held senior positions on private and public company boards. During his career he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions advising on both buy and sale mandates including the operational integration and execution. He has conducted may stakeholder and investor road shows for capital raisings in many public offerings, trade sales and capital raisings for public and private companies. The process has involved end to end management including copywriting annual reports, short form prospectus and deal structure presentations.
Frank has also managed the building of strategic business plans including execution that have involved the raising of capital, debt funding based on cash flow lending and cross border securitisation of assets in region. Has been lead negotiator and deal maker on many buy mandates for select clients.

Ally MJ Kim
Ally is currently the Finance Manager at Sanston Securities Australia Pty Ltd looking after overall financial activities of the company.
She is Certified Practicing Accountant with 12 years of experience in providing accounting and tax services at various Private & Public Listed companies.
She started her career in Public Practice advising clients regarding their accounting and tax matters to maximise their returns; She also has a wide range of knowledge in insolvency and reconstruction;
During her career she has been responsible for corporate liquidity, risk management related to the company’s financial activities. She is also specialise in setting up of new businesses with strategic business plans that suits the business owner’s needs;

Before joining Sanston Securities, Winnie worked for PwC in Beijing as an auditor and global companies Hannover Fairs in Australia to expand its international market
Winnie has been involved and successfully completed 3 multi-million mining projects across Australia and Africa

Ralph Yang
Ralph has 8 years experience in equity investment with both buy-side and sell-side experience and with exposure to Australian as well as Global equities.
Before joining Sanston Securities, Ralph worked in the Corporate Finance team in Canaccord Genuity, where he is mainly responsible for the ECM and M&A services.
Previously, Ralph worked as an research analyst in Citigroup, focusing on the ASX small-cap space. The sectors covered include: Technology, Education, Consumer and Industrial.
Ralph started his career in Deloitte, where he advises his clients on investment decisions by conducting due diligence and forensic investigation.
Ralph is from China and worked there for six years. Therefore he is well connected to the Chinese/HK funds and high net worth individuals. He then came to Australia in 2014 and has been working in the investment banking industry since then.
Ralph is CFA, CPA and MBA (Melbourne Business School) qualified.

Peter Torre
Peter has 20 years of corporate advisory experience. He holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Peter is currently the company secretary for several ASX listed companies. He was a partner of an internationally affiliated firm of chartered accountants, working within its corporate services division for over nine years where he also held the position of Chairman of the National Corporate Services Committee.
Peter provides professional governance services. On most engagements, he takes on the appointment as a statutory office holder, either as a Director or Company Secretary of the organization he is servicing. The roles and duties that Torre Corporate provides are broad and varied.
