Frank Stranges
Partner - Strategic Ventures and M&A
Frank’s passion is in building and assisting new and emerging technology companies to achieve global success; and, pursuing innovative opportunities across industries that require commercialisation.
As well as his role at Sanston, Frank is currently the Chairman of PERSUIT, a New York based professional services procurement SaaS platform. Chairman of Cartonclound a SaaS logistics software platform; and, co-founder of Location Services Platform , wi (welcome interruptions).
He has over 25 years experience in the global software technology industry and both private and ASX listed company experience as a director and Chairman. After starting his career at Telstra he launched his first company (ITS) in 1988. Ten years later he then founded 80-20 Software a global provider of document management, governance, risk management and compliance software, which was sold to SAI Global in 2008.
Frank has established himself as a respected professional in both the local and overseas technology community. He has experience in the areas of corporate strategy, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and international sales and marketing. He has an extensive knowledge of the technology sector in the USA having spent many years working there.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) from Monash University.
Frank Licciardello

Frank has more than 20 years operational experience in private and public companies globally having held CEO, CFO, and Company Secretary positions for ASX Listed and unlisted companies. He has worked across Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe within the technology sector with a broad range of experience in diverse industries specialising in corporate governance and control, and advising and assisting boards in stakeholder compliance and regulatory requirements.
He has held board and corporate advisory board positions including Chairman and non-executive director positions on both private and public companies including not-for profit charities.
During his career he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions advising on both buy and sale mandates including the operational integration and execution from deal origination. He has conducted stakeholder and investor road shows on many public offerings, trade sales and capital raising for many clients, including building strategic business plans, executing and involving the raising of capital, debt funding based on cash flow lending and cross border securitisation of assets in region and cross border.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Business (Major Accounting, Minor Law) from Victoria University of Technology. He is also member of the AICD and ASCPA.
